Automatic Class Setup
Essential Oils Experts, we’re about to make your life even easier.
First, a bit of background: as you know, we have been converting our classes to the fast and simple Dropbox format so that you can get your class materials instantly, with no waiting to be accepted into Facebook groups, and no need to individually download dozens of photo files to your computer.
But we wanted to take things a step further: what if you no longer had to spend a couple of hours setting up your classes in Facebook and getting everything just right? What if that too was done automatically for you?
Could you use the extra time to work on other aspects of your Essential Oils business?
You don’t have to wonder “what if” anymore, because we’re excited to announce the introduction of Automatic Class Setup, now available as an upgrade option for several of our Classes (more to come).
How does it work? With the Automatic Class Setup, you will receive a link to a pre-designed template. This option is perfect for use with Facebook Events. Once your class is set up, it posts automatically to your Event as if you were posting. Now, You can use the template over and over again: that means you only have to set it up once, with no additional work required, beyond changing the date and time. And unlike classes in Facebook Groups, your posts will always be in the correct order.
How much time can Automatic Class Setup save you?
To make this work, you’ll need a membership with a fantastic organization called PostMyParty. We love what they’re doing, which is why we’re working with them to help make your Essential Oils Academy Facebook Class as fast and easy as possible. And the good news is you can get a 14-day trial membership with PostMyParty for only $1.00.
This is a test run for our new Automatic Class Setup, so we welcome any feedback you may have on how it’s working. Soon, we’ll be making this option available as an upgrade on all Essential Oils Academy classes.
As I said, this option is idea for Facebook Events, but you can also use PostMyParty to hold your class in Facebook Groups (because our classes are educational). But again, I have really begun to like the Event option and am recommending it for this kind of class setup.

Important: Facebook will occasionally flag an image or think that your account has been hacked when you use third party apps like PostMyParty or others. This does not happen every time you use this app, but be aware that it can happen. You should also know that many of our Automatic Posting customers love using the app and find it very convenient despite Facebook’s occasional annoyances.
